Return Policy
Return Goods Policy
Purchases from Médunik Canada will not be reimbursed or credited, but will be replaced as per the following policy:
Products not eligible for replacement:
- Short-dated or expired products
- Products damaged by fire, water, smoke or any natural disaster
- Products damaged due to improper handling and/or storage by customer
- Refrigerated products
Products eligible for replacement:
Defective Products
A product is considered damaged if its content has been adversely affected during transportation. A damaged product will be replaced immediately. It must however be returned to Médunik Canada as a full unit.
Procedure:
- Customers must report within two (2) business days of receipt any damaged product.
- Please fax your request to 1-877-855-8817 or e-mail to orders@medunikcanada.com
- Your request must include the following information:
- Product name
- Quantity returned
- Lot number
- Expiry date
- Returning institution name and address
- PO number
- Reason for return
- You will be issued an authorization number. Please indicate this number on your return slip.
- A pre-addressed shipping envelope will be provided to you to facilitate the return of the product to our office.
- Once an authorization number has been issued, the product must be returned within 5 business days.
- No product will be replaced without a valid authorization number
Defective Products
For a defective product, a pharmacist must file a formal complaint directly with our Medical Information Department so that we can collect information concerning the complaint and process it appropriately. A defective product will be replaced immediately.
Procedure:
- The pharmacist must contact é Canada's Medical Information Department at 1-855-MEDUNIK (633-8645).
- A pre-addressed shipping envelope will be provided to you to facilitate the return of the product to our office.
- Upon receipt of the product, we will carry out a full investigation to determine the cause and implement any corrective and/or preventive measures that may be required.
- The pharmacist will be informed in writing of the conclusion of our investigation.
